No Refunds on Completed Services
Payments made for completed projects, milestones, or delivered services are non-refundable.
- This includes design drafts, development work, SEO campaigns, or marketing hours already executed.
Project Deposits
All projects require an upfront deposit to secure scheduling and resources. Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve dedicated time and planning.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you decide to cancel before any work has begun, we may refund your payment minus administrative fees or any costs already incurred.
Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to discuss concerns during the project. We provide reasonable revisions to meet agreed-upon objectives.
However, dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund once work has been delivered.
